As the property is rented on a first come, first serve basis, please make immediate arrangements to complete this reservation.
We make no guarantees until payment is received.

Booking Details:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental is required to confirm your reservation. However, the total payment can be made in full at this time if you so choose.
Payments will be accepted by Mastercard or Visa via Paypal.
As another option, please make your U.S. check or money order payable to Orland Morton and mail it to:

If we have not received your deposit within 14 days of the date of your request, your reservation will be cancelled.
Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation and information concerning your trip.
Balance: The balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% cancellation fee on the total rental for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. There is a 100% cancellation fee on the total rental for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to your arrival date. If we are able to re-rent the villa for the entire rental period, there will be no cancellation fee, but a 10% administration fee will apply on the total rental. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.
